Over the years, Dave and Jake Rangel have earned recognition as award-winning magicians and storytellers, performing for major companies and audiences across the country. Dave was named Best of Close-Up Magic at TAOM 2014, Magician of the Year by HAOM in 2018, and has appeared on TEDx Houston and the hit YouTube show Scam School with Brian Brushwood. Jake, following in his father’s footsteps, was honored as Young Magician of the Year and received both the Bob Blau Award and the Cherie Kay Rising Star Award for his talent and creativity. Together, they were recognized by the Houston Police Department with the Outstanding Community Service Award for their work with underprivileged youth. They appeared everywhere from The Magic Castle in Hollywood to the House of Blues, Space City Comic Con, and major corporate stages for clients like Exxon, Shell, BP, and the Houston Rockets.
